A player with 30% usage and 60% TS% is an elite offensive weapon, while a player with 30% usage and 50% TS% is hurting their team. If your usage rate is high but your efficiency is low, look for ways to involve teammates more. If your usage is low but efficiency is high, you may be underutilised — talk to your coach about getting more touches in your scoring zones.
