Pro Tips & Advice

When the required rate is climbing, avoid panic. Identify the weakest bowler in the opposition attack and target them for boundaries. Rotate the strike to keep the scoreboard ticking even when you cannot find the boundary. Having a left-right batting combination disrupts the bowler's line and length. In T20s, keep at least one power-hitter in reserve for the death overs — sending them in too early can backfire if they get out cheaply.
